The Vancouver real estate market is changing with more listings and less sales. Homebuyers have more choices in buying a home in Vancouver. However price are holding for condos and townhouses. Detached homes are down about 5% from August 2007.

good information. I can certainly say that less and less people are coming here looking for investment opportunities.
In the past I had many clients just coming up looking to buy, now this has slowed down drastically.
